At Joe Coleman Salvage & Demolition, safety is our top priority. Every project is assessed by our safety director who writes the safety plans for the undertaken projects. Our team is provided with daily safety sheets during our morning toolbox meetings where the safety director briefs us about our days’ work or schedule.
Our safety director is accountable for overseeing the progress of the project and makes sure that our team is aware of our respective jobs for that particular day. It is mandatory that our full-time personnel participate in all the ongoing safety training.
